Understanding Finances

As stated, Dr. Aron is committed to offering state-of-the-art chiropractic care at fair and equitable fees. We are ready, willing, and able to assist you in deciding which is the best option for handling your financial responsibilities in our office.

Health Insurance

We accept most major insurance as full or partial payment. State law dictates that all insurance must provide some coverage for chiropractic care. Often, this includes examinations, x-rays and diagnostics, and adjunctive therapy, and most importantly, spinal adjustments.

In today's health care system, insurance participation can be confusing. Once you provide us with your current insurance information, we can verify your chiropractic coverage for you.

Personal Injury

In the unfortunate event of a motor vehicle accident or a slip and fall injury, our expertly trained staff will explain everything you need in order to have a clear understanding of your rights. In most cases you will have a third-party responsible for your claims, and commonly no out of pocket payment is necessary. In the case of an injury, it is critical to consult your chiropractor immediately, so we can determine the severity of the injury and provide the most appropriate care.

Worker's Compensation

If you suffer from an on-the-job injury, you have the right to chiropractic care. After reporting an injury to the proper risk manager, be sure to notify him or her that you intend to consult your chiropractor. Worker's Compensation follows a specific fee schedule and your employer's insurance company is fully responsible for your care.

Cash, Checks, Visa and MasterCard

Many patients have no or severely limited chiropractic insurance coverage, and therefore are considered to be cash patients.

Dr Aron never wants a financial challenge to get in the way of a family receiving care in our office. Therefore, we have established a fee schedule that creates affordable options for our patients.

Clearly, our commitment to excellence helps prospective patients make the decision to receive care. Given the value of chiropractic care, most patients will gladly pay a fair fee for an outstanding service.
